1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of shoppingdose.shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is owned and operated by Shopping Dose LLC ("Shopping Dose," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, with a business address at 7901 4th St N, Ste 20882, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
3. Eligibility
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. The Site is intended for customers located in the United States.
4. Use of the Website
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
5. User Accounts
You may create an account to make checkout faster and track orders. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, accept responsibility for activity under your account, and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate an account used in breach of these Terms.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase under these Terms. An order is not accepted, and no contract is formed, until we confirm acceptance as described in Section 13. You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt; this acknowledgment does not by itself mean your order has been accepted.
7. Product Information
We work to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image, measurement, or detail is complete, current, or error-free. Colors and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen. Where a difference would matter to your decision, please contact us before ordering.
8. Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a comparable alternative, a delay, or a full refund for the affected item.
9. Pricing
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated and displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when we accept your order, except in the case of an obvious pricing error.
10. Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to correct any pricing error and to cancel or decline any order placed at an incorrect price, even after an order confirmation. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel. If your payment method has already been charged and the order is cancelled for this reason, we will issue a full refund.
11. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected method for the total amount. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers, and we do not store your full payment card details on our own systems.
12. Taxes
Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated based on your shipping destination and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
13. Order Acceptance
No contract of sale exists until we accept your order. We accept your order when we send you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including where a product is unavailable or incorrectly priced, we cannot verify your information, we suspect fraud or resale, or the order cannot be shipped to the address provided. If we cancel an order for which you have been charged, we will refund the affected items.
14. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel or change an order as soon as possible after ordering. If your request reaches us before the order has shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our Return & Refund Policy once it arrives.
15. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally. Shipping is free on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no separate shipping charges added at checkout and no minimum order value is required. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
16. Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
17. Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at contact@shoppingdose.shop. Full instructions are in our Return & Refund Policy.
18. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of our receiving and inspecting your returned item. We do not charge a restocking fee. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Where a return results from our error or a damaged or defective product, we cover return shipping in full.
19. Damaged Products
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery, ideally within 7 days, with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping.
20. Defective Products
If an item is defective, contact us with your order number and a description or photos. We will arrange a replacement, a repair where appropriate, or a refund, at no cost to you for return shipping. This applies alongside any applicable manufacturer's warranty and does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
21. Product Warranties
Some products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, with terms set by the manufacturer. Except for any applicable manufacturer's warranty and any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law, products are provided without any additional warranty from Shopping Dose. Normal wear, weathering, and changes in appearance from outdoor use — such as fading or patina — are not defects and are not covered.
22. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use products in accordance with instructions and safety information, ensure a product is suitable and safe for your intended use, and comply with all applicable laws. For products involving fire, heat, electricity, water, assembly, or anchoring, you are responsible for following the manufacturer's instructions and any local codes.
23. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; purchase for resale without our consent; interfere with the Site or its security; use any robot or scraper to collect content or data; reproduce content except as permitted; or submit false or abusive information. We may suspend your access and cancel related orders for any prohibited activity.
24. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, original product descriptions, photographs, graphics, layouts, the Shopping Dose name, and our logos — is owned by or licensed to Shopping Dose LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping only. Product names and trademarks belonging to their respective owners are used only to identify and describe the products we sell.
25. Website Content
We provide content for general information. While we work to keep it accurate, we do not warrant it is complete, reliable, current, or error-free, and it may contain inaccuracies. Nothing on the Site is intended as professional, legal, safety, or installation advice.
26. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site relies on third-party services — including our e-commerce platform, payment processors, and shipping carriers — to operate and fulfill orders. The Site may contain links to websites we do not control; we are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
27. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, except for any manufacturer's warranty that applies and any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or remedy you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopping Dose LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
29. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shopping Dose LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
31. Electronic Communications
When you use the Site, place an order, or email us, you consent to receive communications electronically, including order confirmations, shipping updates, and service messages. Marketing emails are optional and you can unsubscribe at any time.
32. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction over any such dispute, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another location. Nothing in this section limits any consumer-protection right available to you under the law of the state where you live.
33. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
34. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and the other policies referenced here, make up the entire agreement between you and Shopping Dose LLC regarding your use of the Site and your purchases.
