Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach us, the better the chance we can make a change before it ships.
Return support
Want to return something? You have 30 days from delivery to return most items in their original condition, and we don't charge restocking fees. Please contact us first to start a return — returns need to be authorized before you send anything back. Email contact@shoppingdose.shop with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.
Something arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect? We're sorry — and we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email us with your order number and a couple of photos of the item and its packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
