Shopping Dose began with a simple frustration: furnishing a home, kitting out a backyard, and finding gear for the kids meant shopping at three or four different stores, each with its own account, its own shipping rules, and its own returns process.
We built Shopping Dose to put those three things in one place — furniture, outdoor living, and kids' essentials — with one checkout, one support team, and one straightforward returns policy.
How we choose what we sell
We are a curated store, not a catalogue. Every product we list has to earn its place against three questions:
- Is it built to last? We favour products with solid construction and materials that hold up to daily family use.
- Is it genuinely useful? If it does not solve a real problem in a home, a backyard, or a family's daily routine, we leave it out.
- Is it honestly priced? We show the real price up front, with shipping calculated before you pay. No inflated list prices, no surprise fees at checkout.
What you can expect from us
- Accurate listings. Real dimensions, real materials, real photographs. If we get something wrong, we fix it.
- Clear delivery information. You will know the timeframe before you order and receive tracking the moment your order ships.
- 30-day returns. If an item is not right for your home, send it back within 30 days of delivery.
- Support from people, not scripts. Call or email us Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, and you will hear back within one business day.
