We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Shopping Dose. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@shoppingdose.shop with your order number and the item you would like to return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send an item back before contacting us, as unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
  3. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm the outcome.

Return shipping costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few extra days for the funds to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or faulty items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us photographs within 48 hours of delivery and keep the original packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Items that have been assembled, used, modified, or damaged after delivery

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, contact us as quickly as possible. We can usually cancel before an order is dispatched, but once it has shipped it must be handled as a return.
